I think I found the best Asari Adept build

However I believe that I myself would get even lesser score in that game were I to use Jay's build.
The thing is, Jay possesses phenomenal accuracy skills, so if we compare the 2 of our builds:
In my build the powers kill and are the main source of damage. In Jay's build 99% of the damage is done by the harrier, and the powers are there to just assist the gun play, such as throw staggering a boss or a mook, or Stasis making phantoms more vulnerable to fire. ( never seen stasis used on anyone except the phantom through the game ), warp was used for a debuff on armored targets.
As I do not posses Jay's awesome accuracy skills, I would do pretty badly if I were to follow that build, it is a lot easier for me to aim projectile shots such as the acolyte and powers.
That is my conclusion of the game.

Saw it coming from a mile away. How bad was it?

Damn I didn't take a screenshot. Jay will correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I remember he had something like 180+k, and I had something like 100k.
There was another player inbetween us with something like 120k, he used a Geth Ifiltrator with a claymore.
The three of us played a 13min Gold match.
But yeah, I was walking around map a few times like: "Lalala.. where is something to kill?"
Edit: yes, I wasn't far off ^^
Oh and about map and enemy, it was Cerberus and Ghost, as I believe the both are pretty balanced for any classes, cerberus having variety of units with different layers, and ghost being not too big and not too small of a map.

Kain's build is excellent for those who do not possess good/great aim, but a player with good/great aim will do better with a weapon that can get headshots.
The Acolyte is a bit of a noob-cannon (no offence intended) in that it's an AoE attack that hits multiple enemies and primes everything. No real aiming required, especially on host.
Excellent build I'd say, should be easy for the majority of players to use.

It would probably look exactly the same as those videos with aimbot but without the targeting rects.
I wonder what mouse does he use, high DPI FPS mouse makes it so much easier, I can't use sniper rifles at all with a regular one.

The incidiary ammo/warp/throw combo does wonders on bosses. All in all, really cool build.

I can't find them lol, they do not have names like "Jay playing mass effect", so it's not that easy.
But players have posted links a few times.
There are more players that play good however, like this harrier gameplay for example:

I just did a couple of gold matches with pretty much that build but I've put 3 points in statis for phantoms : 3/6/6/5/6. I endend in 1st place in both matches. After the acolyte shot you have to wait a second or two for the stagger to end and for the incindiary ammo effect to start in order to create a fire explosion, otherwise it will just be a shot/throw combo which is fine on lone ennemies or if you're attacking the same group as your mates (by the time IA kicks in they may all be dead). The incidiary ammo effect is immediate on armor though.
The incidiary ammo/warp/throw combo does wonders on bosses. All in all, really cool build.
If you use incediary IV, it kicks in at once and you don't have to wait.
Other than that. Phantoms actually die to 1 acolyte shot + throw.

Jay has a rubbish PC. The only videos from his perspective are of Killing Floor gameplay I believe. And they don't show a great deal unfortunately.

Well, I tried playing on an old laptop that could barely do 25 FPS and landing headshots was easier. Just saying.

ME3 does work strangely on low FPS (remember that thread about being able to survive longer?) so I won't rule it out completely, but low framerate tends to result in the opposite.

This build doesn't involve the incediary ammo + warp glitch. All aspects are in synergy and this build tops the score boards on platinum vs any faction.
So this build goes like this:
Link
+ The incediary ammo IV.
How this works is:
1) Vs any regular troopers - Acolyte shot + Throw. Any shields are gone with the first shot, any health is gone to a throw that detonates the fiery explosion. Massive AoE damage, can take out multiple regular mobs at a time.
2) Vs any armored targets and bosses - Shoot acolyte until their shields are depleted, then detonate the fiery explosion with Warp and detonate warp with throw right after that, proceed to finish of the target with more warp+throw combos, wcich after the initial burst takes almost no time.
On a side note, I found that Asari actually also has one of the best, most responsive, most useful dodges in the game.
So best?
No, not best. Stasis is utterly worthless, especially on platinum. Best build is maxed everything else with a scorpion and hurricane with either warp or incin. Max bleed and explosion damage, and you can actually take a hit.

Well you must be the one person in the world who experiences that. Because when I record, the drop from 60 to 40 FPS is enough to throw off my aim a bit, 25 FPS makes it virtually impossible for me to get headshots. Anything below that and forget aiming entirely.

Lol, why are you telling me this? I skipped stasis.
other than that, I don't have hurricane.
