Ok, we played a game with Jay, and he outscored me. Was pretty hard to find something to kill. =)

However I believe that I myself would get even lesser score in that game were I to use Jay's build.
The thing is, Jay possesses phenomenal accuracy skills, so if we compare the 2 of our builds:

In my build the powers kill and are the main source of damage. In Jay's build 99% of the damage is done by the harrier, and the powers are there to just assist the gun play, such as throw staggering a boss or a mook, or Stasis making phantoms more vulnerable to fire. ( never seen stasis used on anyone except the phantom through the game ), warp was used for a debuff on armored targets.

As I do not posses Jay's awesome accuracy skills, I would do pretty badly if I were to follow that build, it is a lot easier for me to aim projectile shots such as the acolyte and powers.

That is my conclusion of the game.

Yes, that is exactly what I meant. Your build is by no means bad and it is usable on any difficulty. It's just not the best of all.
It might be the best way to use AA for you. (Maybe also for me, by the way). But in this game, nothing using an acolyte is getting the upper hand over something using a harrier and being used by a skilled player.

Sad truth to me, as powers are what makes this game different from other shooters... But still, the truth =]

No offense but this is bizarre.
Use a human sent instead.

Hmm, so obviously being a bit of a console scrub I find all this frame rate discussion going over my head a bit. But from what I can surmise I should ditch my shiny new rig and go back to using my ancient old desktop as the terrible frame rate will make is easier to headshot and not got killed yes? But I don't understand why I could never hit anything and died all the time on the old beast, is it because I'm bad ::crying:

It's how the unreal engine has been to scale with with lag, and the particular implementation of lag compensation BW chose to use. The PS3 and 360 versions don't get very high, with the ps3 epsecially hitting 20-30 all the time, the features used in those to maintain playability over a network are fully present in the PC version.

I do this with the Human Sentinel. Works great with Cryo Rounds too. Works even better when you have a Krogan Soldier teammate priming entire groups of enemies with Inferno Grenades!

Also, as the poster above stated, don't forgo Stasis. I always do a 6/6/6/0/6 build with the AA and you don't lose anything since your damage output comes from combo explosions. I converted the great INVADERONE to this build and he loved it for soloing Platinum.

Me too.  The Asari Adept hs too much utility with Stasis to justify this build, especially when you have two perfectly good Human Sentinels and you can spec one of them in the same way.  I went 4/6/6/4/6 with my build, which gives you great survivability, and the cooldowns don't matter so much when you're carrying the Acolyte.  Although you don't really need the passive skills with this build, so 6/6/6/0/6 may be better.   The advantage to the Human Sentinel is that you get the bonuses from Tech Armor, and the disadvantage is that you lose that awesome Asari dodge, which I still think is the best in the game.  Playstyle is otherwise the same.
