Hi:

First I must say that I do not speak English very well, so use a translator to help me. I say this because surely there are things without too much sense 

The
problem is this, I downloaded the additional content of the golem Shale
without having previously logged in the game because the game gave me
some problems when trying to connect.

With the session not started, the content could not be downloaded and the download code has been lost.

Is there any way to fix this or has no solution?

Omg, when i was writing this the game has been downloading additional content, so it is already solved xD
