I have a soldier built specifically for concussive and cryo ammo. I don't play him often because he can be really annoying with the concussive spam. Snipers can't snipe because I constantly tyson all the mooks to the floor, detonates almost everything and the bloody concussive noise every few seconds.

My cryo soldier has AR for bosses. Makes her more effective than with frag grenades imo.
