Hello there.

I been recently considering installing ME1 and ME2 again and run through them with a new character into ME3. Only problem is, my DLC is not saved. But I bought it once. How do I get these again? I heard I should contact EA support about it but I do not think I have any evidence to present to them beyond my game file from ME1 and ME2 that would show that I been playng Overlord, Shadow Broker, The Arrival, Bring Down the Sky and so on.

Maybe there is a thread or information about this subject already around here, please just direct me where this is and I go there :)

Winterfly. BW didn't make it easiest to find, but:

1) Bring Down the Sky DLC for ME1 is free to download, here's the link.

2)
As for ME2 DLC, you need to log in to BSN (use the same login and
password as when you were buying the DLC), then select My Games / Your
registered game content
from the menu below your profile photo (on the
left), or simply click this link instead.

The DLC do not wish to work. I been trying to use the CD Key that been put up in the threads around here and its not working. Nor is the CD key that EA themself hand out.

Why are you making this into an issue EA? Why? This is why people dislike you!

All tech question self-help has been moved to Answer HQ, leaving the archives here at Social, while this site remains open (IMO, they are slowly but surely headed toward locking more and more of the forums here).  This particular forum is not for technical matters.  Meanwhile, there are many applicable, and useful, threads for reference, here:

Be aware that on a day to day basis, neither Bioware nor EA monitors the majority of Social Site forums.

Well, I was morely asking the community for advices here. If I am to contact Bioware or EA I do it through their channels.

I got a new code but the game still tells me it cancelled the installation. On question before I leave to this other place. Do I have to reinstall it now?

Why is this so damn hard? Can they just not skip the CD key? It is for free so why not!?
