I've started ordering Mass Effect stuff last months because I fell in love with the game. Honestly. And now I'm very disappointed with the store. I've ordered a cap that they no longer sell but it was available when I paid for it. It was the regular N7 Ball Cap. I did that order 2 months ago or so and just got it today. Why you may ask. I live so far away that single item orders would be so expensive for me. Anyway the thing i thought that the available items would be saved for when all the items could be shipped. At least they all were paid. When i opened the package today I went from excitation to total disappointment when I saw this N7 Elite Ball Cap, which is NOT the same. I don't like baseball caps. I'm sorry for all those who like them but i find them st***d. Well it is just matter of taste. The thing is that the store changed my order and worse, not asking if I agreed with such change. Now I'm sad... Disappointed. I would rage on them but... why? That won't change anything. I just want it solved, please.

Have you opened a customer service case? It was likely just a mix-up at the warehouse as we decidedly don't go around changing people's orders! If you were sent the wrong item, as always, we'll gladly send out the correct one if we can.

Well, yes I opened a customer service case but no response yet. To be honest I would think it was just a mix-up like you say but I have contacted support before the order was shipped because I noticed that the item I ordered (and already paid at that moment) wasn't listed in the stores site. And I was told that the N7 Ball Cap was shipped and not replaced by another item.

Often, if you order an item alongside a pre-sale item the item sells out in the interim. It doesn't mean that you don't get your reserved product, it just means that we aren't selling any more of them. Also, since on your order it says that the correct item WAS shipped, there is no way for us to tell that the wrong item was accidentally shipped until you receive it.
It is just a mistake, and as soon as customer service gets to your case I am sure they will do their utmost to right it.
