How can I report this issue directly to toolset's developers?

Not sure, hopefully someone will be along to help you, but most toolset crashes are due to not enough system resources...

Hmm... I think 4GB RAM, AMD 9550 Quad-Core 2.2, and Radeon 4850 is more then enough to avoid system requiroment problems.

Besides I have the laterst drivers for all my devises.

I used to get an occasional blue screen of death in the level editor. Updated my video driver and it went away.

BEX crashes are memory buffer overflows often related to DEP. (Data Execution Prevention)

First check that you have enough free space on the drive you use the toolset in.

Second check for anti-virus programs and other interesting background programs that may interfere. (Try running Toolset with things like that turned off to test if that is the problem. If anti-virus is the problem enable gaming mode or some other feature within the anti-virus itself to allow your toolset to run)

Third: If this problem still persists and is unrelated to background programs running.. Disable DEP via command prompt type in "bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff without the " ".
If that does not fix it, re-enabling DEP is probably a good idea doing the same thing but entering "bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx OptIn" instead.

EDIT: also may be worth running anti-virus/spyware programs prior to any of this as some of those can stop a PC running effectively.

Tnx for info but it did not help...

Turning off antivirus and turning off DEP (for toolset's exe) did not fix the problem. Creating Terrain level still crashes toolset with the same error.
