I've had this game since launch. And ever since they have introduced this BAN WAVE, I havent seen or know of a single person on XBOX who has gotten banned for missile glitching. Or even banned period. Why people put so much emphasis on "cheating, etc" in a COOP game where you are just killing bots is beyond me.

I mean seriously, you joined a match, screwed them over, then left or got kicked. They went and started doing the same exact thing like 5 seconds later probably. Yeah you made a really big impact on "cheaters".

Even a programmer couldn't know exactly how their engine works, but honestly, I'd guess not. Anything relying on lag is going to be a little weird to simulate, and they've hunted down and eliminated several possible methods in a row. The problem is that people are so damned persistent about being cheating bastards that they keep finding new ways. I'm fairly certain it isn't a simple fix at all, They HAVE tried eliminating it through balance changes and stuff.

Yeah, a COOP game. COOP= cooperation in case you didn't know.... Where's the fun and challange in standing around while the missileglitcher kills everything in sight. They ruin the fun for everyone by doing this ****.

I've trolled my fair share of missile glitchers and a few people trying to use the Hydra map glitch as well.

Just before Retaliation was released I did some platinum farming on Glacier with my asari justicar. Dropped into a game in progress to see a guy playing a destroyer exploiting the missile glitch. I followed him around the map trying to block his view. I would heavy melee constantly and when he would go down I would dance on his body.

The messages I got were hilarious. First one told me to stop being a tool. I responded with a simple no and a and continued following the guy around. I stuck around hoping for pizza delivery objective but sadly we didn't get one. After wave 10 objective they let themselves be killed. After that the host sent me another message calling me a douche bag along with a few other things...and then I was kicked xD

Striker for the actual missile launcher, but you need a chargeable sidearm to initiate the glitch.

glitchers are a joke and dont deserve to play but to be honest i think you guys taking time out of your day to report them makes you even worse. school yard complaining. if they glitch let them glitch. leave and play it properly in another game. all you are doing is making biowares life easier by doing their work and letting the world know you like to make yourself busy

I think u should have quit. I mean what would happen if it wasn't a pizza quest? If they are cheating and if it would have gotten to wave 11 and u won then U would have cheated too. If you want to play plat so much find a solo guide then do it other than that find 3 friends simple to that than to get banned for playing with cheaters.

I did the same about 2 weeks ago with a glitcher on a Silver game... Got the 4 terminals and started doing 1, the guy ran away to kill stuff, then I stopped.... he didn't come back and we failed... then I reported him.... WHy not SOLO a Platnium match in a private lobby if you are gonna do that... don't ruin the game for others!

You can't host and missile glitch, probably the reason its brought into so many public games.

I have a hard time believing someone who posts on here was shocked that two players with strikers and charge up weapons started to missile glitch. Damn near impossible to think that someone sees that loadout and believes person isn't going to glitch if they are a poster on BSN.
