I had some annoying stuff happen while practicing my volus engineer on silver. On Vancouver I blew up 2 marauders near the beginning with a recon mine and the coast was clear. I turn to run around to the right and get gunned down from behind as the same 2 marauders respawn by the ventilation unit just to the left. Annoying!

Happend yesterday on Firebase Jade.
Not that behaviour specifically, but Jade is another place where they'll spawn over and over again in the same spot right in front of your eyes or into your stasis bubble...

Especially by the dual stairs on the left. One killstreak after another in that spot.
Bioware really dropped the ball with spawns in an effort to prevent camping. Which is really sad since a 'hold the line' tactic should be a viable tactic.

Have this happened to me several times, even the "on-top of your head" spawn. It was a Marauder...how nice 
Said that, with this crazy-spawn system the second most annoying thing is the damage reduction post-spawn. From distance it doesn't matter, when you approach it will be gone, but if they spawn right behind you it's another story. <_<
