I've completed the game twice and I think a tome that allowed you to reallocate all your stats would be a very popular DLC if priced reasonably. It is very frustrating to get towards the end of the game and find all your spells and/or talents ineffective against enemies ranked higher than me.
Also having enemies respawn would be nice since you have to travel back to many of the same areas to complete side quests. It is really boring running through the forest or mines with nothing to use your spells/talents on, especially with the haphazard way fast travel was implemented.
Just my two cents.

The respec stats sounds like a winner. Especially if you can use it on more than the main player.

More party members, like a reaver or a bloodmage.
I hate it when the "good" party members start talking about justice and all that,
it'd be good to have a few people with personalities more like Zevran or Morrigan

The retalent thing should've been included to be honest, such as a guy in camp who can use his powers to drain you of what you have learned in the past, and allow you to reallocate your points and talents
