well, on topic, the trailer is cool, but i took for granted that it would be, so didn't convince me to make a day-one purchase

every time i watch a me trailer, sheploo catches most of my atention. my femshep could really use him as LI. it'd be nice a romance with a male version of herself based on mark van der loo, they'd make such a great couple

I expected some cheesy russian accent for Petrovsky, you surprised me Bioware.
Now let me betray Aria and I'll preorder DA3 tomorrow.

Not that Oleg was that deep to begin with.
Oh, he cared about his soldiers. No military officer has ever done that.

I would romance the opposite gender of myself too.

Looks so full of meh, like with Leviathan I will be sitting this one out. Spending 1200MSP would feel like a waste on something that's just going to be converted into War Assets...

What? Does he mean Aria? Because if so, then bwahahahaha. Good one. TIM is leagues above Aria in just about every aspect.

Oleg Petrovsky is a calm, collected, intelligent and cultured man with great knowledge of military tactis of old Earth. He believes in protecting humanity without showing any indication of xenophobic beliefs. He shows respect and care for all he comes across, humans or aliens, and attempts to minimize casualties whenever possible going so far as to forbid certain strategies due to the danger they posed to bothhis men and the civillians of Omega. However, when backed against a wall, he was willing to destroy Omega level by level (after evacuation, of course). He returned Cerberus to the morally ambiguous organization they used to be in ME2.
To see him reduced to a "merciless bastard" is character assassination of the first degree and an insult to the intelligence of the ME fanbase as a whole.

The content on it's own looks to be good but what kind of sense does it make to fight a war to take this station back when there are much bigger fish to fry?
All civilizations are facing extinction and Shepard's up to this? I don't get it.

You can't compare actual story DLC to weapon packs. Again, did you play Lair of the Shadow Broker in ME2? One of the best DLCs of all time and it had NO affect on the rest of the story.clarkusdarkus wrote...

it's a pointless dlc for those that prefer the journey than destination.......also people need new things to shoot at after buying there weapon packs.

IIRC, in Retribution, TIM played Aria like a fiddle. Skills in combat only matter so much if one can't ever actually reach their opponent.
A whole lot of boo and a whole lot of hoo in that post.clarkusdarkus wrote...

Trailer was good. Very cheesy, but good.

And playing a DLC for what is going to happen after said DLC isn't pointless?
Your argument makes no sense.
