I bought 560 points for the "wardens keep" premium content. Got the confermation email and the points, then started the download.
After 1 hours the download was still at 0%, so i restarted the game. When i came back in, the points were gone and there were no signs of a download in progress. Just seems like they are lost.
Any advice ?

Check your Registered Game Promotions page. If Warden's Keep is there, then your purchase went through, it is registered to your account and you can attempt to download it again. See the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ for help with problems downloading DLC.
If Warden's Keep doesn't show up under your registered promotions, then yes you would need to contact EA support.
