I know,nine months have passed since release ,but I still don't like endings,so I decide to make my version,for my fun onlyB) 
So,game goes normally till assault on Cerberus base,you got boss battle with Illusive man in his own custom Atlas.After the battle you drag him out and get choice between kill or capture and Cerberus is done.Now game goes normally again till Earth,now EMS comes in effect,if you have enough fleets stops Harbinger,he turn off beam but Shepard and squad jump in,if not Harbinger land,kill everything,cycle continuous.Now you are in the Citadel, Crucible have connected,there is only destroy port and Shepard sees that shooting woud be suicide so he decide to plant bomb,but then Harbinger holograf appears and BUM plot-twist,Crucible is actually reaper trap,designed like they "reset button"if something goes wrong,first it was designed to target organic,but newly designed Crucible is too strong and it woud destroy everything,so Harbinger  says that he will stop harvest if Shepard don't activate Crucible,in the meantime Joker says that Reapers started pushing to the Citadel and they are too strong.Shepard sees no other way to destroy reaper,and he must arm the bomb,regardless of the consequences.Now you have three choices:

1.Paragon-Shepard shoots Harbinger holograf,but he indoctrinate one of the squad member,while Shepar arm the bomb,he shoots second squad member and Shepard,who kills indoctrinated member and arm the bomb.You get something similiar to the vaporization ending but after credits,Joker open newly build Citadel with Shepard stachue.(reapers dead,galaxy united,Shepard si hero,relays destroyed)

2.renegade-Shepard shoots Harbinger holograf,but he call Joker for extraction(he don't arm the bomb),squad members try to stop Shepard but he kills them bouth and run away with Joker.After credits,very old Shepard confes Joker what really  happened on the citadel,they live on small colony of the survivors(reapers won,galaxy torn appart,relays destroyed,Shepard is forgotten)

3.Not enough EMS-Reapers cut trough fleet and destroy citadel,similiar to refusal ending,stargazer cut-sceene(reapers won,galaxy torn appart,relays destroyed,Shepard is forgotten)
 
4.Indoctrinate ending-Shepar believes Harbinger,but he don't stop harvest,and he destroy Citadel,similiar to refusal ending,stargazer cut-sceene(reapers won,galaxy torn appart,relays destroyed,Shepard is forgotten) So,what you guys think about my version of the ending,better,worse same as orginal.This is only for my fun,and creativity:innocent:
