 Still Monday here, but for Balance Changes I'm predicting a nerf to Harrier damage and an increase to Shield Boost cool down. Anyone else got any guesses?

I haven't proposed any sort of nerf at all for it. But I've been expecting Bioware to nerf it for a long time now.

Except nerfing Stim Packs will just further ruin the already horrible Havoc Soldier.

If you were to increase the cooldown time of shield boost, then Volus either needs more health or some other method of damage mitigation given that they can't use cover, and tactical cloak gets disregarded half the time by enemies.

Tomorrow we will either get the batarian slasher (which looks like another vorcha hunter level fail) or the quarian marksmen. At which time bioware can also kiss alot of that omega dlc money good bye.

If Havoc Strike starts recharging shields I will be okay with the nerf, otherwise dont touch the stimulant packs.

A nerf to harrier damage? How about a buff to just about every pea-shooting AR, which would make far more sense.

You can't touch stimpacks without hurting the havoc worse than the ghost. It has been said for over a month now, which is likely the main reason they haven't been nerfed yet.

Particle Rifle for Soldiers, Wraith/Indra for AA

The Saber and Particle Rifle only weigh .15 more than the Harrier, and with confirmed Saber buffs in the near future it's looking to be an awesome alternative..

Just to be clear I don't want this to turn into some e-peen battle with lazers and assassins.
I have an issue when any weapon in a class has clear dominance. The Saber has competition from plenty of other assault rifles including a few sniper rifles that compete for the same combat range with better weight. The Claymore also has competition from the Pirahna and according to some the Raider (I'm not fond of either preferring the Graal in many situations) So a reduction to the damage of any of the above would only further stimulate the field of favor for any of them.

I have an issue with people that like to look forward the rain of tears of others. A Harrier nerf just gonna be more harm than good. Your satisfaction are other people frustration.

They cant nerf the harrier, the. We won't have a powerful and versatile fully auto AR, which is essential in a shooter series.

if they nerfed it, it would be an average dmg weapon with a small clip, some recoil, playstlye killing reserve ammo and a high weight.

It's been a long time since a weapon got nerfed directly. IIRC, the Piranha damage clawback to release day values was the last substantive one; the essentially insignificant Carnifex weight increase I am pointedly not counting.

Taking that into account, I wouldn't be surprised if they bring the hammer down on something.

Really?  He's amazing if people would stop thinking or using him like a Vanguard.
