The scene is a bit different. Shepard doesn't break the sword, just dodges it. But he still stabs Leng and says that.

Anyway, yeah Shepard just doges and knifes Kai Lame anyway. I was kinda confused as to where my Vanguard Shepard yanked out an Omni Blade- I was hoping she would punch his head in.

I never really thought much of Thane in the first place, and then suddenly killing Leng is all about that? Seriously?

I just found it good because Leng was an annoying character, and to end his existence was a mercy.

Does anyone reckon it'd be possible to mod the raw files on gibbed. So even if Kirrahe and Thane were alive but died to Leng. Shep will still say "No gunship you sob"?

Even shepard doesn't like that gunship.

He doesn't always mention Thanes name though. Other options include Kirrahae and something else if both thane and kirrahae are dead prior to ME3.

haha I totally wanna create a playthrough where they're dead.....just so I can hear Shep say that. Just imagining it is hilarious


So many little variations that are so cool. Just finished my 12th playthrough of ME3, and for the first time I didn't have Javik look at the Echo Shard. I was pleasantly surprised at his (alternate) final farewell on Priority: Earth.
