It's an expansion, I would have expected to pay $30.
I am shocked it is so cheap.
When I first saw the price I had to ask people if that was really the price.

Quite simple really......for £20 you will get new enemies, a new area to explore, new armor, new weapons, new shouts, level cap increase, all of which an expansion should contain.

I'ts a matter of preference and taste and dawnguard and dragonborn wont be for everybody just like how ME3 DLC wont be for everybody.

That is your opinion and ofcoure is respect that. But the questline in Dawnguard is not really exciting and even a bit short.
