Do you have to reassign powers on the Normandy? Maybe that's it.

You didn't get a popup? When I completed Leviathan, I got a popup in the corner saying dominate was unlocked. You didn't get that for these bonus powers?

A good story, interesting characters, but it doesn't even match LotSB in terms of content (or impact) and it's much more expensive.

Not that I noticed.

How is that when Kasumi and Zaeed were originally required squademates to get through the story like all of the ME2 sqaudmates.dreman9999 wrote...
Not really. Javik was key tothe plot in one point. Kasumi and Zaeed were not. I can see where you can say Javik was held back, but Kasumi and Zaeed was just a case of time restraints.
Yet your point is flawed just like Velocithon 's point because if you hate Javik in From Ashes then you must hate Kasumi in Kasumi's Stolen Memory for similar scenarios. The reason there's less hatred for Kasumi is based on her not being Day 1 DLC.dreman9999 wrote...
Thank you . That's my point.

Yet that proves how flawed its to say that ME3 is "bad" when eerything comes down to opinion.

If ME3 was really bad as the few say then ME3 wouldn't have sold millions of copies after the release of ME3. Some people will always complain and thats nothing new even if its on the Interenet associated with a Bioware game.
These are your posts presenting your opinions as fact is what you did. We didn't bring up sales.

Aside from the times when people are pointing out how bad parts of ME3 are from a structural and narrative perspective.
You know, since it hurts the flow of the story when new and crucial elements are introduced and solved during the last fifteen minutes, while they're also contradicting/ignoring established lore.

He was only free if you bought the game new. If not, you had to shell out 15 bucks for him. Just like Javik is only "free" if you bought the CE.
Day one DLC in general is a horrible idea anyway.

Thanks to this thread. You saved me 15 bucks that I'll put towards some skyrim or arkham city DLC.

Correct, but the point is more relevant in the case of ME3.
Yet it isn't relevant to ME3 because some people will complain when they clearly don't like something.
So you're saying there wasn't an uneprecedented backlash against ME3's ending?
There has always been a backlash associated with ME as a series or any game that appears on the Internet.

The same quality as the vanilla game. Quite high. Still, I agree that this DLC was not worth the price of admission. Do not get me wrong, I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it a lot. However, $15 is way too much for a DLC that was longer than Lair of the Shadow Broker, but falls in every area that LOTSB succeeded. I think this is the first DLC since Pinnicle Station that I have kind of regretted.
I agree with practically all of this. A high-quality DLC, but massively overpriced and doesn't quite hit the magic that LotSB got right.

To be fair if the Catalyst was a "last 15 minutes" thing then the Crucible wouldn't have been brought up at the beginning of ME3. Some people will always justify their displeasure in the wrong ways.Someone With Mass wrote...

Oddly enough this still opinion, which some have said the exact same or similar points about ME1 and ME2.Andromidius wrote...
And very tangiable aspects such as the mission journal being worse then the one from ME1 and ME2.
Or weapons being upgradable on a I through X scale, without any actual reasoning behind why (unlike the weapon attachments which alter the entire feel of a weapon).
Or blatant disregard for certain Love Interests, and a general anti-Femshep vibe in regard to the number of choices available.

Ah, moving the goalposts. Always a favourite tactic.
Yes, if you didn't have the Cerberus Network you had to pay extra. Just like if you don't have the current ME3 online pass for accessing multiplayer.
But Zaeed was still free for the core game. Which didn't cost anything like as much as ME3's Collector's Edition.
So again, your point?
