Ok, mine certainly is: "Quit whining!", when that Krogan battlemaster picks up his teammates, who just have had their guts spilled over the place. Fatal wounds? Krogan just don´t care.

I always think that they shout "Barany!" Baran means sheep in Russian, a male sheep specifically. So i often giggle when I hear that.

I always enjoyed the Turian "Amateur!" battle chatter, because usually it's just so apt.

Also, whenever Cerberus mooks say "taking cover" it sounds to me like "chicken cupboard!"

Batarians light melee grunt cracks me up, I'm not sure why. If I'm playing a batarian in between rounds there is light melee smackings for all teammates abound.
