ha, this thread still alive. Anyways, yes Feneckus is a superb player, in fact lot of us in Spectre are, and are likely to pull off absurd score. If you think you're lucky, or unlucky, meeting one of us, have a look at this guy we let playing with us earlier today (none of us using OP builds, I was the Widow SE), but he's very cool that he still tried his best to help out the team, not leeching or anything. Yes there're just people that good (hence I started that group)

But guess what if you keep improving yourself, one day you might join our group as well. Everyone started off as a noob, me included

I pull around 100-150k with pugs. I think the highest I have scored is a little over 200K but that was me having to solo 7,9,10(Hack obj). I cannot even fathom pulling 250K with no one wiping.

wow only times I got destroyed in the score table with such a gap is when there is something wrong with either the host or me, connection wise and my shots don't register half of the time, or enemies jump all around me.

Anyways in regards to playing with the Elite 4:
I have played with Jay and the guy that does the Drell and plays with Redjohn (I was the forth man for their platinum speed run in Glacier)

When I played with Redjohn, Syar? and other dude I scored forth, but only 35K points under the first place.

When I played with Jay for 3 matches (he must have been taking it easy) first one I got in third with a terribad build of a GPS wielding GE at level 16 with 0 points on the passive (no Geth bonus so why GPS? answer is my shotgun banner) and I was behind by 70K points of Jay.

Second game I went with my QME now at level 17 with Warfighter gear and my Argus x and I was only 30k points behind Jay on Condor, with isn't a grenade friendly map at all. (Jay had the VolusEn with a Typhoon so isn't the best comparison)

The last game the group decided to roleplay Turians/Reapers/Condor Gold with Turian weapons only, and I got beat by 35k and both Jay and I where using the Phaeston (TGI on my side and TSen on his part) mine was at level 17 and his at 20.


Oh well is kind of late so the point I want to make:

Nothing skew's the scores more than connection, you may have an OP build or be very skilled, but that can only take you so far when lag is added into the equation, the biggest factor deciding the scores of good players is connection to the host and anyone who disagrees is a fool.

PLEASE please please stop right there. If having a better connection is the winning factor, then what's my excuse that Lord_sirian AND Jay keep on outscoring me by miles? They both have an "ok" connection, with Sirian being on the lower end. I have a better connection then both of them combined, yet they still outscore me. Sorry but connection is only a factor if it's RedJohn quailty or worse

If everyone has a decent connection then lag isn't a factor right?

I said lag is the biggest factor WHEN it is part of the equation

Sirian you are the only one I respect because you live in Australia and still wreck face when Lag is added to the equation.

I can live with lag, heck is a normal part of my breakfast too, but I still consider it the biggest factor when I do BAD in a match

From personal observation, Lord_Sirian seems to get similar scores when I host compared to when non-Australians host.

Also, Jay is very laggy himself.

I have to agree with that. Whenever someone from Europe with a great PC/Internet connection hosts, it feels like I'm not playing the same game. Powers actually work reliably, melee autotrack really does track, etc... A good host makes the game 10 times easier. It's a complete different experience.

Well yeah definitely. If you're teleporting all over the place and half your shots don't register, no amount of player skill will help. 

Playing snipers on Stardusk's host = ... ... ... oh, there is no Rage emoticon. <_<

Some time ago I played without lag and on my cousin's PC, he has a high end PC with 120 hz monitor and cool stuff like that, I don't know how the hell some of you let me kill stuff while I play at low FPS, the day i played on that pc I scored 350K and 315K with different teams


Besides lag most of players don't know the pain that is play this game at less than 30 FPS as i do , I get 30-33 FPS while soloing, for some reason other players make my game slower .

And it's even worse when I get the mortal combination; Lag + Low FPS, i have low FPS most of the times, with the lag I usually get I can do pretty well if I have a Claymore.


The thing is, we are not totally better players than others ( well yes ) but the fact is, we are better trained

That is what he does to show off with the score screen 

I think I am the only player on internet capable of kill stuffs if Sirian is the host.



Also, it's funny, but look at this.

sadly, some scrub named abe of the moon joined my lobby and hurt my endless quest to point **** the next game (jk love ya abe)





neWAYZ... scoring 160K in a u/u/g pug is the bottom floor of competence, really. It means you can maybe solo half a "break" wave on plat. I almost broke 300k on the SpEcTRE X million point challenge, but that darn caneighis kept getting kills instead of letting me hog all the spawns!!!
