Honestly, I didn't really find a story. Perhaps like the movie Transformers or something like that. Not a very deep story. I really liked Nyreen though.

so, why the heck is this DLC $15 if it's only 2.5 hours?
For me it took me a little over 3 hours like the Leviathan DLC.

It took me 4 and a half hours, i really don't know how people are clocking in at 2.

^^^ I would suggest this. If it was 800 msp I would say this would have been a homerun dlc for me in my opinion...its just the price is a bit steep and its what holds it back.

Took me 3 hours, insanity, took my time.
Levi is cheaper and had an actual story to it.
Omega does not have a good story...it is just pure action. It would be good it it was 10 buck or less, but 15 is asking way too much.
I guess if you have an unhealthy/strange obsession with Aria then go ahead. I don't understand those people, but I am sure they will rave about this because she is a central character.

I felt like in the choices I made in regards to Aria and Nyrene I had a chance to express who my Shep was.
Same here, that was one of the parts I really liked about it.
The length/content to price ratio is its biggest downfall IMO. It's a great little self-contained story with lots of interesting characters and good choice-based sections, but it's not $15 worth of content (no permanent squad member added [I know this was never on the cards, I'm just saying what I'd expect from $15], no new hub world added)

Felt like an ME2 loyalty mission for Aria except with war assets I don't need as the outcome. Like someone else said earlier, it seems like the station should have stayed as location you can go back to like the Shadow Broker's ship. I'd have loved the opportunity to go back and look at all the cool architecture and views they made.
Omega reminded me a lot of the Sprawl from Dead Space 2 in terms of lighting and atmosphere and that makes me wonder if that's we didn't really see the adjutants going full necromorph like the codex seemed to describe them.
I'm glad that Petrovsky had his own face, major human NPCs having character creator faces is something I think has been a problem for the whole series. It's nice to see that they're improving on it in both Leviathan and Omega.
I enjoyed it but I don't think it was good as Leviathan was. Both packs change the pacing of the campaign as you go on a three or four hour detour and having the squad there to chime in made Leviathan feel less extraneous. I get that it's a matter of resources that leads to the squad not saying anything but it's just weird for Shepard to get back and have everyone act like he never left the Normandy.
I just wish I'd had the opportunity to tell Aria I'm doing this for my reasons and I couldn't care less about if she gets to still be in charge of Omega. I'd also like to bring some of the Cerberus death mechs back, just in case.

BioWare always makes good DLC's, but Omega is very disappointing . I enjoyed it but you just win more war assets and no omega in galaxy map . thats pissed me off . (sorry for bad english)

Already played 3 hours and not finished yet, so yes, it's longer than leviathan (around 2.5hrs complete.)
And so far i'm enjoying the package. The level design is good, plenty of new lines from the 2 new mates and the combat was quite fun.
--
But, there's a BUT, some cut scenes/ story plots seem pretty rushed, the should've took the time and develop the plot further in depth instead of rollercoasting you to the next part, but alas, it's a DLC and it's only 1.77G on PC so that's more or less expected.
And, the new add-on parts for weapons are kinda lame (so far).

I think it took me about 3,5 hours on insanity. I had fun but the ending was lame and in hindsight it's ratio of combat to story was skewed to say the least. Still, some tense moments, those rampart mechs really forced me to adopt some new tactics.
If you're as addicted to these games as I am, you have bought, downloaded and played it already. If not, wait for a discount. Not worth $15.
