 Yes I am aware it is early but they are taking a decent amount of time making it and I really do think they are listening to us. Also I think they realize if DA3 isn't great it might make some of the strongest bioware fans say f*** it I am done with bioware. There are other reasons as well but I wanted to keep it kinda short. Does anyone agree.

Personally I think DA2 was when a lot of fans said "You better not mess up ME3 the same way"

After ME3 a lot of fans said "f*** it I'm done with EAware"

So in order to restore some of their reputation they'd better come through with DA3. I'm convinced pre orders will suffer from the DA2 and ME3 failures though.

I'm not putting any more trust in them that's for sure, and that means I'm certainly not pre ordering DA3, but I will pay attention to it and if it's a good game I'll purchase it later.

Robhuzz I will probably preorder DA3 if it is on this gen consoles. Also I think that some fans did that with DA2 but most will stay even with ME3 fiasco but if DA3 is anything short of great it will make many fans just say forget it never again

All signs so far point to terrible (there isn't anything they've said will be in the game that wasn't in Dragon Age 2,) but we hardly have any information at all yet so who knows.

I think DA3, if released, will be a blessing to those who like it and not nearly as bad as the haters who dislike it will complain about it here on these forums. I think it will use many pixels and display lots of colours. It will have voice actors and dialogue wheels. There is a strong possibility that it might be Fun, although it will almost certainly be bugged a bit for the PC version.

Well, your logic is air-tight, so I'm forced to agree. They've said nothing about the game aside from it's title but it's bound to be one of their greatest yet. Yup, yup. As sure as the sunset tomorrow evening.

As far as I know we might have a personal castle, but I never heard that the castle will be customizable.
Regardless, the news we have so far don't lead me to think that the game will be terrible . Though to be fair there's no sign that DA3 will be a masterpiece, since the only confirmed features are human PC, voiced PC, no Varric-like narraction, dialogue wheel and pharaprase system (plus the use of the Frostbite 2) of the  and my reaction to those will depend on the execution.
The castle, the banter, politics, customization, etc aren't confirmed features. Bioware said that they want to add them to the game ,but they said numerous times that they're not sure they'll be present or in the way they told us (this expecially about companion customization).
Overall, we don't know enough about the game to think that DA3 will be a masterpiece or a complete garbage (unless the confirmed features will lead people to think that DA3 will be a masterpiece or a complete garbage).

I expect to enjoy it. Despite people crying about how DA2 sucked, it's the only game I've consistently played through multiple times and fully enjoyed it. I haven't even finished Mass Effect once, let alone played 2 or 3. I played about 90 hours on my first Dragon Age (lots of wandering around, listening to the entire dialogue, exploration, and a bit of leaving the game running while I go do something). DA2 had some of my all time favorite characters, and I really enjoyed the storyline.

So, my expectations of DA3 are that I will enjoy it, love the majority of the content, disagree with a few minor things, and overall finish with a good impression.

I am not investing any more of myself than that, though, because we know like three things around the game so far, but from past experience, I have a positive outlook.

I doubt it will be their best game. BG2 is their best game, and alot of that comes from the massive amount of replay value that game has.

DA3: 1 race option. 3 classes. Everyone will be bisexual again, so gender will have no bearing. Not much replay vallue there.

I am thinking it might be on par with Kotor, though. and that one is very good.
