With the cost it was: 7/10
I liked it, but I am not sure if the extra five dollars was really utilized.

Enjoyable, but just a bit disappointing, however, nothing to sway me from purchasing future DLC. For story and impact, I prefer Leviathan a bit more. But still overall, a solid adventure. Great characters, albeit short experiences with them. Great level design and must say that the combat design (enemy placement, location, cover) was probably the best they have done thus far. I wanted just a bit more story and fleshing out.
Even at 7/10 rating, it was worth my money.

Quick points:
Good: I loved the plot, setting, music, level design, combat and NPCs.
Less good: Very linear. I thought it felt a little short and so was a bit expensive for the length. I would have liked it to tie in more with my existing crew (even just as conversation emotes, after the mission). (I suspect it felt shorter because unlike Leviathan, it's one continuous mission rather than something you can jump in and out of.)
Expanded comments:
Certain story moments were very effective, especially relating to Aria and how far she will go. I thought her character was extremely well done, without undermining any of her previous appearances, and to have a little insight into her past was great. The NPCs were so well portrayed that I felt they could have all been stars of a full game, so I wished I could have spent more time with them, but that might have not made sense given the fast-paced plot of Omega.
I think part of the reason for the price must have been the fantastic, inventive level designs. I swear I just wanted to stand around staring for most of the time. In my second playthrough - with Paragon Shepard - I probably will! There was also a great atmospheric piece in one section which worked quite well to ramp up the tension. The sound effects and music were outstanding, as always.
The powers and combat were really fun - would love to see some of that translate over to MP, although one or two powers will probably be too overpowered. The fights seemed changed up a bit from the main campaign, and a little more challenging. Loved the new enemies and their combat behaviour, ditto the new NPC models, which I hope we'll see more of in future.
My only real criticism of the gameplay is that it is a completely linear experience. There are some short pauses which give you the opportunity to take a break from all the action, but I did feel a bit funnelled. On the other hand, the nature of the plot, of taking back Omega, does mean that the linearity makes sense from a narrative point of view.
Bugs: some animation glitching during one of Aria's speeches.
Conclusion: I enjoyed myself thoroughly, and suspect I will enjoy it even more the second time around. Some of the scenarios and enemies were really inventive and enjoyable. It's more of a stand-alone experience than the other ME3 DLCs, which were more integrated, but to make Omega into a hub would not have fitted into the way they've dealt with other worlds and areas in ME3. Recommended and well worth the purchase.

My only real gripe is that here was an opportunity to give some more love to Zaeed. Ah well.

9 ..overpriced compared to what ?
the price equates to 1 Chicargo Pizza
3 Starbucks expressos
12 cans of pepsi or cola
6 packet curry toppings
2 litres australian wine.....
etc etc for me to which is it overpriced ?
It lasts longer and reusable .
well may give you the wine thats very good .
That's not how pricing works, using that logic the game itself should cost ~500-1000€.

Well, the closest good example could be Leviathan DLC.Midz wrote...

Omega gives the same or even less time of playing. And Leviathan gives much more fun - for much lower price.

I'm glad I waited, at the least. Maybe if they do a sale at some point (unlikely), I'll pick it up. Otherwise, I'm waiting to see what they say about ME 4 before I get that or Leviathan.

Things I loved:
- Introduction on the Citadel
- The first mission (Great introduction to Omega)
- The third mission (Fantastic introduction to a new enemy. The horror worked brilliantly.)
- Aria and Nyreen interactions
- Returning Mass Effect 2 location
- Great combat
- Fantastic new enemies
- ME2 Omega character cameos
- Side quests
- Mini-hub
- Soundtrack
- Bonus powers
- Almost 4 hours of fantastic gameplay
Things I weren't so keen on:
- The boss-type part (I just don't like boss-type parts of any game usually, so not really a complaint, but personal taste.)
- The glitches (Spinning Aria, for example.)
Overall: 9/10
Same.

I thought it was quite fun, but it sticks out like a sore thumb from the rest of the game. Leviathan and From Ashes fit seamlessly in a play-through. Omega, not so much.

true. it wouldve been cool if you can interrogate oleg after the mission about illusive man/cerberus to some how tie it to the story.

issues:Price, Aria talon HQ speech, lack of Omega hub.
Better then all the other dlc but From Ashes, Kasumi and LOTSB imo.
Oh and Oleg should have been the main villain of ME3, so much better those those two team rocket members.

Nice Setting
Nice Characters
CONTRA:
Overpriced
No real impact on the story
Lack of innovation (compared to ME2 DLCs)
Repetitive Mission Design (always Horde shooting)
Bugs, Bugs, Bugs.....

Apparently, BioWare is worried about quantity over quality these days. In my honest opinion every past DLC including weapon and gear DLCs are better than this. You get much more out of them.
At least it helps increase my overall total game play time. ME3 was too short without Leviathan and Omega. Even so, it still is. With both those DLCs I am still about 6 hours short of in game play time as I am with ME1 and 2. I even draw the games out as long as I can talk to everyone read all the info and what not. If Omega is what we can expect from the ME team at BioWare in the future...
Some part of me just thinks they are money hungry sons of b*tches. I hope they prove me wrong! And making DLC $15 compared to $10 is not a good start. I take that back. Omega wasn't even worth $10. Try harder BioWare!!! You just might get even more suckers next time. I am sad to say I count myself among them.
Guess that is what I get for being a boob in thinking BioWare would change after everything that happened with this game.
If I had to rate it I would give ot a 5/10. Not horrible but not good either.

4/10. You people that rate it higher are easily amused. And this is coming from someone who totally called that there would be no permanent squadmates, no hub, no aria romance a month before it was announced. And I was STILL looking forward to it despite all that. So I'm an objective critic, and Omega was just sub par.
Seconded!
