Yeah Im thinking 66660 is definitely the way to go, would you go for power damage bonus on TC?

No, I'm going with bonus power.  Cloaked biotic explosions to me are better than a little extra power damage, even if cloak doesn't increase biotic explosion damage.

This. Cloak-Warp-Dark Channel and Reegar spam = dead anything.

One clip everything, including Possessed Praetorians on Platinum.

Considering stealing someone else's idea and doing 5 ranks in DC, including the 'Slow' evolution, and then taking a particle rifle and cloaking as it hits its charge-up, following the DC from enemy to enemy while warp ammo boosts weapon damage a ****load. Also use warp as a debuff on larger bosses.

Gonna at least give it a go later on... spawns should die pretty damned quickly.

Melee. The Asari heavy melee AoE hitting multiple enemies. Surprising effective on Valkryie, could be even better on Huntress with extra damage boosts and ability to cloak and run in close. Skip passives or DC.

Going for full warp for debuffs, maxing fitness for melee damage and going for a warp IV weapon damage / melee build.

Dark channel is worthless on the character, as BE's are weaker than the BEs of other classes and gain nothing from cloak.

How does the power damage bonus work with cloak? If you Dark Channel something, does it take the extra damage for the entire duration? I'm guessing not, but then I struggle to see the point of the evolution, sure you can warp but it's just insignificant next to an extra power.

Although, I may or may not even max out DC. I'm not really liking seeing both warp and DC on the same kit because it appears to me that at face value it'd cause some issues to have them both, but I'm sure we'll all figure something out.

I think that "issue" is called Biotic Explosion and I have no problem having it at all
Take bonus power in TC6, then you can apply both biotic powers without waiting for DC, instant biotic explosions everywhere...

This makes me wonder, does cloak increase the damage of Dark Channel for the entire duration, or just 2.5 seconds?

Dark Channel is great for killing bosses while I'm on the other side of the map while soloing.  Can I have a Dark Channel boosted by 80%?

DC - Damage, Slow, Damage
Warp - Detonate, Expose, Pierce
AH - Damage and Capacity, Power Damage

I can confirm that the 25% Power Damage in TC only applies while cloaked, it's not an overall damage buff (had that question from a few friends).
