I never saw that scene in the DLC (which I really enjoyed, but that's not the point of this thread), so I was thinking it's either:

A. A succesful troll from Bioware.
B. You must be renegade, side with her at all dialogue options.
C. You must not have a love interest already.

Anyone have more information?

Your shep has to be a Renegade or throughout the DLC you just have to choose the Renegade choices the whole time?

My male renegade shep... And hes in a relationship with Liara. So it just seems like you need to side with her most of the time. Letting her kill Petrovsky though may be the only factor deciding that... DUnno. AS for the kiss it was... Amusing XD

My renegade FemShep (when I start her playthrough) will kill him and kiss Aria! Haha. Or I could just watch it on YouTube. Anyone has a link?

It does not affect ANYTHING.
You can f%$ Aria even 1000 times and nothing will happened, because BW didn't record any new dialogue for your squadmates

Just finished DLC with my FemShep. Results:

Meh. Not interested. Aria was meh in the dlc. Good lord why nyreen had to die.

Side with aria all the way. From what i can tell you need to pretty much choose every renegade option that pops up for you

Yeah, you pretty much gotta be as renegade as you can be in the DLC in order for Aria to kiss you.

Well, my FemShep is paragade but I admit, she was mostly renegade throughout the DLC. She hit the button to overload the reactor but not instantly. She did it when the renegade option showed up for the third time.

So, in order to simply kiss Aria, you need to be 100% jerk throughout the DLC, right?
