I'd rather spend $15 to play 5 more hours of Mass Effect than pay the prices restaurants are charging (it's close to $10 just to get lunch at McDonald's these days). Or movie theaters. Or doctors. Or mechanics. Or $60 for a new video game? How many video games are actually worth $60? NONE OF THEM!  But most of you have no problem pre-ordering all the newest games for $60 a pop.

$15 for Omega?  What the hell? Why not? And it's like 2 games in 1, Paragon & Renegade. You can't see it all on 1 playthrough. So that's 10+ hours of new Mass Effect. Hell yeah!  Well worth it in my book! Better value than the overpriced garbage you get at a fast food joint.

^ This lol.

I enjoyed this DLC quite alot. I spent my 12 euros on it and I was satisfied when I finished it. I do not feel ripped off. and if you enjoyed mass effect 3's gameplay then you'll probably enjoy this aswel.

If you enjoy spewing bile on this forum because you didn't like it, please feel free. There are plenty other who will agree with you. I simply am not one of them.

actually its not minority a lot of us who hated the ending of ME3 actually agree with a lot of people that omega wasnt awful or terribly overpriced (priced in alignment with current state of the economy so not really over priced).

most of the people complaining are trolls who have nothing better to do with themselves i hope for one they all jump off a cliff and catch their eye lids on nails :) or they just have anger management problems and need help.

Games worth $60?

Halo 4, God of War 3, Uncharted 2, Assassin's Creed 2, Halo 3, Forza 3-Horizon, Gears of War 3, Mass Effect 2.

Or did you want more?

I've never been a big Halo fan, but Halo 4 is surprisingly good. Really good. Game of the year.

Completely agreed. The storytelling was amazing, imo, and that's not even taking into account the storyline itself.

You're right, fast food is a rip off. It rarely even provides discernible nutrition. Eat healthier. D:

Indeed. I don't waste money on fastfood because I don't eat it. I don't waste money on DLC's that I won't enjoy. This makes perfect sense. I don't know why people are upset not everyone is willing to lay down money for this.

Moral of this thread: I know what a ripoff is and it is titled "Mass Effect 3."

You guys keep saying that Omega DLC AND RESTURANTS are a rip off and stupid people buy from them......

Id rather spend money for a DLC or a dinner experience, then the price that Fleet Enimas are charging.  Seriously, when im constipated and i need emergency relief...i need an enima.  And Fleet has the nerve to charge me an arm and a leg for a tube full of water.

So you compared one Rip-off to another and are somehow defending Omega within these terms?

Say 100,000 people buy Omega DLC at 15$ a piece. That is 1,500,000$.
Say 100,000 people bought Leviathan DLC at 10$ a piece. That is 1,000,000$
Say 100,000 people Bought from Ashes DLC at 10$ a piece. That is 1,000,000$
Say 100,000 people bought the Season pass MP dlc at 10$ a piece. That is 1,000,000$

So Bioware could have potentially made 4.5 million dollars on DLC alone. Potentially the same 100,000 people.
(Not to mention the multiple mini pack DLCs. Or the MP buyable content)

If I am not mistaken Mass Effect 3 sold over 2 million copies. I am only representing a fraction of copies sold. As every player may not buy DLC.

Mass Effect is not a short game with all The DLC and Main game. If you take your time and everything it take a long time to beat unlike those stupid first person shooter. I love games do I play different types and those. I got Omega this afternoon and I still haven't beat it yet. I'm having fun. Mass Effect and Mass Effect 3 are my best two in the trilogy. I can't wait for more Mass Effect. I hope they return many things from Mass Effect 1.

i know what a ripoff is....it's the dotted line at the top of a condom.
