1. Sandal - A god among men, more godly than even Varric.

2. Alistair - Funniest character in the franchise (imho).

3. Wardens Dog - It would be nice to think he is still alive somewhere.

These two together represented somewhere in the DA world as a thanks for creating Bioware.

4. Ray Muzyka - Travelling hobo number 1 who follows teachings of chantry passing out charity to others, a high strung strict persona attached to him for comedic value when paired with hobo number 2's drunken antics.

5. Greg Zeschuk - Travelling hobo number 2 partial to a good drink (or dozen), drinking and doing silly things both exploring the world of Thedas together as a comedy pairing like laurel and hardy looking to forge a better future for themselves, opportunies and such like Bodain and Sandal were in past.

[Mr. Homebody]

1. Alistair - one of the most enjoyable companions in Bioware games, maybe a little too submissive and childish but his sense of humor is priceless. Just bring back his appearance from DA: Origins, something terrible happened with his face in DA 2.

2. Morrigan - relationships with her was one of the most engaging part of the DA:O (both on romance or just friendship path). She may influence the story in a very interesting way (as well as her "mother").

3. Flemeth - mysterious and interesting character. Unlike the Alistair her transitions into DA 2 works well for her.

4. Carver - he would be the only truly interesting male love interest in DA 2 instead of whiny skinny elf and whiny crazy mage. For the obvious reason it is impossible. I am still curious what happened with him after DA 2 (the same with Bethany).

5. Hawke - it shouldn't be very troublesome to make him an npc in DA:I. There are very limited variations of Hawkes because of autodialogue system in DA 2 (one of the weakest point of this game as well as in ME series). Basically it's about gender, personality (one of the 3 options technically chosen at the start of the game), chosen side (mages/templars) and relationship with LI. It wouldn't probably work with Grey Warden because DA:O gives more freedom when it comes to roleplaying our protagonist (as it should be).

Not including characters we already know are going to show up (Varric, Cassandra, Morrigan, probably Leliana).

1. Shale

In dwarf form or golem, either is good. Getting to do the quest that makes her a dwarf as side quest would be particularly awesome

2. The Divine

She seemed really interesting in Asunder - I'd like to see more of her.

3. Arigena or Ariqun

Meeting one of the Qunari leaders who isn't military would be really interesting - yeah I know WHY we've tended to only see military Qunari, but I'd still like to see some others.

4. Maevaris Tilani

We see and hear about plenty of evil Tevinter Magisters, Mae is actually likable and would be a less antogonistic character to introduce us to more knowledge about Tevinter.

5. Anora

Particularily if she's Queen, we got to see Alistair in DA2 as King but not Anora, alas.

Actually, if you put Anora on the throne, she shows up to talk to Hakwe in the Viscount's palace instead of Allistair. She says pretty much the exact same lines.

Did you trigger the event? Because I can't find on Youtube, and in the wikia there isn't anything about her involvement in DA2.
