Quarians are on pilgrimage, they travel A LOT more than female Krogan which are often fought for between clans.
It makes a lot more sense to see Quarian females than Krogan.

Only way I could see Krogan Females working is like I said before with them being infertile and not in the robed get up... but that will mean an all new model from Bioware.
And they seem to only rehash and recycle existing models.

Quarians get sick when their suits tear. Krogans have redundant nervous systems. Even if females are physically weaker than males, they're still pretty resilient. They HAVE to be, considering how lethal Tuchanka's enviroment was and is.

They are "fought for between clans", but not in the way I think you're implying. Females do their own bidding, and since the genophage made them a valuable resource, they mostly held their own clans. Male Krogan fight for the right to mate with them, not for the women themselves.

Again, I just don't see why they couldn't send a few women to join the fight. They have redundant nervous systems, and even Eve, who wasn't a soldier, looks like she could punch your head off.

And about the hooded model: That's not really an impediment. It would help if it looked a bit less ornamented than Eve's and had a Krogan-style helmet, like they did with Kasumi's model. Kinda like this:

I dunno, Eve managed to gun down cerberus troops easily enough in her robe.
Further armor is NOT mandatory on the battlefield. Look at the Asari, the Fury, and the Vorcha to say the least.

Eve's been pretty mobile in her "robes" in cut scenes since her robe isn't styled to be restrictive. Pretty sure she actually wears pants. Don't believe me? http://th06.devianta...n80-d4vagib.jpg
It's unlikely she'll be dodging, rolling, and playing at being a phantom anyhow since Krogan don't get to dodge.

Who's to say Female Krogans don't have armor under their ornate robes anyhow? Nyreen pulled it off well enough.

An Eve style might be overdressed for the battlefield, but it's certainly not the worst look possible, IMO.

Enough with the excuses against female Krogans! There are none that can hold water anymore.

Agreed. Once volus were made available, there is honestly no real excuse not to include characters that already exits (like female Krogan & Turians). I'm more confused about why people are so outspoken against them. They make more sense to me than Volus ever did.

EDIT: And I still think a new female turian should have this ability:

I'd prefer something new though, like a barrier equivalent of the barriers that the geth shock troopers would place in ME1 (she could place temporary barriers/cover and initially just one barrier, but you could spec to have two weaker ones at a time, or a single stronger one).

I have no doubt we'll be getting Female Turians. They made two different costume models for Nyreen, who is only in the game for a few hours - one is cloaked and more "sneaky" while one is more armored.

I don't know why they'd bother making two models unless they were to be "ported over" to MP with the hooded model being used for an Adept and Infiltrator and the armored model being used for a Soldier and Sentinel.

Here's hoping they come with Omega/Terminus map packs!

As long as they're not just included for the sake of including them.

I'd like to see them do something that male Turians can't do. Dat flexibility, you know?
