No. I wouldn't get excited about this. While I enjoyed his performance in ... those movies... I think it would be too distracting and break my immersion if he were in Dragon Age.
While he's certainly a good screen actor, there's a vast difference between screen acting and voice acting, and it doesn't seem to me that he has done a lot of voice acting in the past. Besides, there are so many obscure voice actors who can do the job just as well.
This trend of casting big-league Hollywood-stars in story-driven video games is wrong for many reasons. I'm gonna list three...
1) It inflates the budget and draws money away from useful stuff like creating environment, art, quality testing, etc.
2) Most of the times, the mere thought of having said actor in the game is more appealing than the end result.
3) It's nothing more than a dirty, sleazy marketing gimmick. They did it with Tim Curry in DA:0. Yes, cool voice, but he didn't even do much in the story. He was just a very small part of it and certainly not a memorable performance. They just cast him so they could tease us with a trailer of him using his awesome voice and screen charisma. The end result was rather underwhelming.
