Or maybe 2 day 1 DLCs!
Now THAT would be something I would love to see. Oh, the rage we'd see on here the day that was announced.

The Double Day Download Deal? Dastardly Devs...Or maybe 2 day 1 DLCs!
But enough alliteration: Historically speaking, all signs point to a resounding yes.

Why don't they just wait a few days to release it? That would have the same effect while tricking everyone into loving them
I would actually prefer they wait until Week 3 or 4. That avoids the stigma of Day One, it makes it not QUITE so obvious they were holding onto it just to avoid it being actually Day One and it would revitalize the Week 3 or 4 sales, where volume has traditionally gone down for games.
However, that would mean they would not be able to sell that DLC with pre-ordered Collector's Editions, which is what they are wanting to angle for.
Unless they include a Season Pass for DLC in those CE's. Which I would get behind. Bioware has yet to release a game in recent years that didn't have at least 3 DLCs (I think DA2 was probably the lowest, with Sebastian, Legacy and MotA). I think a Season Pass for 3 DLC minimum would be a deal.

I only get BW CEs anyway so the whole what's DLC and what's not thingajig becomes a non-issue.

There there, if it's any consolation all dragon age dlcs have so far been crap, and the next one will probably continue the trendWelsh Inferno wrote...
I absolutely hate how the answer to this question is now a certain yes.

Am I the only one who likes the feeling of inputting a code while my game is installing? It's like extending the feel of "oooohhh fresh stuff" while I'm watching a boring progress bar take ages.

As somebody who has bought most of these CEs while living on welfare checks (so glad that period's finally over~), let me tell you it's just a matter of economical priorities!Fast Jimmy wrote...

Not eating for four days to play ME2 on launch day was so worth it. I still get the taste of coffee in my mouth every time I play the suicide mission from all the coffee I had during my initial playthrough - 'twas the only thing I had at home when I slammed the disc in the tray
