I've tried everything I can think of, and still cannot get the DAO site to recognize my EA or Bioware accounts when I start up the game. States I need to do something fromw within the game, but cannot find anything under the options menu. Could anyone provide a hint? Sorry if this is a repeat issue, have looked at about 200+ topics and did not see this as an issue.

Thanks, I have registered the game. Will have to see if this helps the next time I load the game.

Look if the "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater" service is running. I am running windows 7 and I have set it to load automatically. But I found myself forced to load it manually most times anyway.

This is on a PS3....and only seems to run once in a blue moon. Every time I load the game, it connects to the Bioware site, but then gives an error message about not being able to access online storage information. Once I load a game, it comes back with an error of timing out.

Does anyone had a clue on how to reset the password to the account to correspond to password on Bioware/EA sites?

Being the PC tech forum, I don't know that we can be a lot of help with a PS3 issue.
