Mages in the grand scheme of things but not specific mages as there bound to be quite a few who don't deserve my support on individual basis. On the flip side of that, there will be individual templars who worthy of my siding with them but I would not side with templars overall.

All of my nice/just characters have to go with Mages. I'm planning on starting a self-loathing jerk of a Mage who will support Templars someday... probably when I'm in a foul mood.

I want mage Circles operated by mages. With secular 'templars' stationed there to provide assistance with criminal mages, abominations, power-mad nutjobs, etc. No Chantry involvement whatsoever.
What are the chances of that happening though?
I'm more interested in helping the elves get their equality and uncover their history. Might have an easier time there...

Just trying to see where we stand. Mages or Templars?
(As i lack the ability, anyone that could work up a poll for this would be appreciated lol)
Personally, Im mages all the way!
Been many polls/threads about this. Usually it's around 70% mage support and 30% templar. Of course it drops/raises +/- 5%

If they make either side realistic/sympathetic/developed enough then we'll see, as of DA2 I don't give a crap.

Neutral. Don't care about either side.

Well mages should have more freedom, for sure. So mages.
I guess Templars is the "safer" bet. Where you make sure that mages don't get to do TERRORISM! It's like probation. Except here it's about people.

mages I would have kill Anders but was the only healer and I didn't have a potion to change my skills from attack mage to healer
