The most time consuming for me was Commando Mastery.

It depends on your skills...

since soloing is not one of the things which I do all the time, then the lone wolf one is the challenge.

I found all the others simply repetitive in nature and easy to attain over time.

Easily this, if you put your total focus on completing 1 banner, this one is the one that would take the longest.
It's not even an opinion, it is a fact.
60 promotions is a lot!

Yeah, but it's easy to get while getting all the others.  I've just been promoting while doing all the other challenges, and have 50/60 promotions already.  

I'm currently about 90% done with Commando, and that one is certainly one of the worst.  Fun characters, but too many of them ...  Outsider was easy for me b/c I had already done Rebellion and Retaliation, which gets you most of the way there.  The kits from Commando show up less in other challenges.

Still need Melee and Husks, too.  I think I vote for Husks as most annoying.
