I can help write the story.

But a web comic requires more work than these silly little pictures. These are basically just doodles and there is no background. The backgrounds are usually the death of me . I need more practice but haven't had the time lately. And when I draw, I usually draw people...

Nah, you don't need backgrounds... these doodles are all you need to tell a story... I mean... look at chainsawsuit, Nedroid or Achewood (I should point out that I don't read achewood) or ... well, it's a different medium, but My Cardboard Life...
Throwing your doodles together with enough story would be fun (for us ) and practice (for you ). 

I can understand not having the time... or wanting to turn something fun into a chore though. 

Anyway, thanks for keeping us entertained
