It's blatantly obvious - I have no idea how people missed it. You literally have to walk over the area that it is in, after raising a dam in that area so that you could walk over it, and there are flashing arrows on the ladders leading DOWN to it.
Maybe if they put a flashing "Couch this way" sign people would have paid more attention.

Yup. I don't think Harrot's plan is going to work. Especially since Aria was there when I found it. Her reaction was funny.
