I believe I found the issue. At least for me so I thought I'd post it here. My issue was a corrupt origin file not sure what file but don't try a uninstall and then reinstall with the file from the EA website use the file on the disk. What I had to do was unistall ME 3 manually, uninstall Origin, then reinstall everything from the disk. A pain in the neck but it seems to be working. Just thought I'd get that out there in case anyone else had an issue.
