A game version of a Jane Austin novel. Pride and Prejudice is the best known, but Persuasion might be better suited to a game. Essentially a game steeped in the mores of Regency English gentry society where the heroine has to navigate minefields of caddishness and unsavoury persons to secure for herself the perfect match. A potential DLC might be a Georgette Heyer plotline where the heroine disguises herself as a man and then gets challenged to a duel.

One thing I always wanted I'll hopefully actually get: a decent Shadowrun RPG. Never understood why no one made one. Glad we got the chance for it with SR Returns via Kickstarter, now it just needs to be done and done well!

Also it would be nice to see Peter Molyneux make a game that actually lives up to the hype he creates. And a game by Quantic Dream that comes without major flaws in the story and the characters, when story and characters are all there are.

A World of Darkness MMO simply titled World of Darkness.

Or if it's a crappy MMO, it would be called Vampire: The Masquerade Online.

Part of me is saying "The VG series you're putting a lot of effort into will remain an idea, but never become a game".

That aside, I'd like to see a sequel to the Fire Emblem Tellius series. I loved Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, and I'd just love a third game that was even more socio-political then the first two.
