It has nothing to do with high standards, your just a troll. You know more people than just Maviarab have made comments about your posts, a lot of them just being intelligible and civil about the matter. Yet I guess you find it hard to deal with stuff like that with since you have no facts to back your points.mattpenfold wrote...
"The only reason your acting like this now is because the forum admins gave you a warning, so don't give us your holier than thou bull****. Please just leave, nobody likes you, nobody wants you here."
I simply do not like liars, not those like you who make excuses for them. Sorry if having standards upsets you so much, but I will not be leaving just to make you feel more comfortable. I gave Maviarab a way of getting out of the hole he dug himself, by being able to admit he was just mistaken. He chose not to take it, thus showing us all his lack of ethics.

Lack of ethics? You're the one going on about "no class" and all-in-all acting arrogant. Don't talk about ethics while acting stuck-up; at this point you're the one who's acting more the troll than the other person.

Sorry, but you're wrong here. If you trade in EU local law takes precedence regardless where your companies headquartes is set! For example, in EU we get a right of withdrawal (in Germany it is § 355 BGB IIRC) for any acquisition via web, telephone or email.
So EA, as the venoder of BioWare points, has to admit that I may revoke my purchase of BioWare points within 14 days. I do not have to give any reason. It's enough to say, that I want to revoke the contract. EA observes this by putting special passages in ther licence agreements here in Europe.
Please, don't take this as an affirmation of what mattpenfold said, because...

Simply, it's not illegal. No contract has been signed between EA and the would be customer. So there is nothing to rely on.

I just assume that is worse than being half awake and pouring your OJ instead of milk into your cherrios. Yep done that before and ate half of it before I figure the odd taste. I don't eat breakfast any more....though kolochies sound realy good right now.Ardecki wrote...
So this is what pee in your cherrios tastes like.

Careful there. Knowing his ego he'll start comparing himself to some of those classical artists who were considered insane in their time and geniuses in ours.

As a professional cook, I not only refuse your (godawful) tofu but I will go out and make some far more unhealthy than cake. Sweet potato cheese fries... with bacon... and ranch dressing perhaps. Not sure if i have any ranch left.
