I take it, it is still delayed... no miracle?

The only miracle is that when this DLC does come out people will lap it up, whatever they might say now and Bioware will see it as a Great Success!

Its a testament to a great game actually. BioWare could have had a game that when DLC is delayed... no one gave 2 craps either way. Because its a great game people are up in arms.. they want more lootz and cake

This whole advertising vs money spent business I read a few pages back reminds me of a time when I was really stupid. I worked at a supermarket, in the fish and meats counter, and I thought I heard my boss say that "Lobster went on sale the next day at 99 cents a pound" ( as I said stupid) well I started telling it to customers, and thus they came back the next day, stating they wanted that deal. Now since I had Advertised it that way, even orally, the store was legally obligated under united states law to sell at the advertised price, and I subsequently lost that job. Advertising is Advertising, and False advertisement is a crime. Just like the electronics store selling a stero system for " 200 Bananas" it was meant to be slang for dollars, but they said bananas and thus had to sell for such a deal when people showed up with actual bananas.

In the end the point was, no money had been paid before hand, nothing had been reserved, no down payment, but the advertisement had to be upheld.

"I assumed you were taking classes when you mentioned how you were in the middle of learning about European law, but I guess I was off the mark."

I have not been a student for more than 20 years. The study I did of EU consumer law was when I was working for company as part of their web development team. One reason they had us working on a website was that having an EU specific one meant it was easier not to fall foul of EU law.

I know...I could deal with the cake talk cause i don't eat sweats, but it's rolling up on lunch time and I haven't done any grocery shopping since the holidays. I'm debating calling chinese take out or going to get a steak and grilling the fool up.

Though suddenly hotwings sound realy good allso.

Well, at least the guy running around the forums screaming 'Liar! Liar! Pants on fire!" while everyone else throws cabbages at him was entertaining.

Still, I would have preferred the DLC however.

Aha!

Well that is actually good news considering they must have found some bugs that they need to iron out first. Bioware team thumbs up for that decision! Next time no specific dates though! Consider that a lesson...

What are the actual facts about the DLC? Is it cancelled or only delayed a few days?

Just out of curiosity, when did "I have a right to my opinion" start meaning the same thing as "you having a different opinion than me means you're stomping all overy my soul - so stop it and agree with me or I'll scream louder, you big mean jerk with your big stupid face?"

Nice taking things considerably out of proportion yet again. I never acted like that and you know it, so stop with the theatrical interpretation of how others respond.

You're right,  you have a right to think others are overreacting. However by voicing that opinion, especially in the grossly-overexaggerated manner that you are doing it in, others have the right to think of you as a snob. That is the reason I responded the way I did, and if your parents had to talk to you about that behavior then you should understand why your post illicits such a reaction.
