I guess Gamespot had to update the article because they didn't know about the delay so this is not true. I answered my own question.

I'm reminded of a codex entry... Havard's Aegis? Someone has been playing this game too long without taking breaks it seems. If people want to whine they'll whine; in reality, there's nothing you can do about it short of exiting the browser, turning the comp off, and heading outside.

This is a video game. A video game that you already have. This is not like... "Hey, there was a problem with your new car and it isn't available yet." This is like, "The tints your ordered for your new car didn't come in today, sorry about the delay. We'll call you as soon as they're here."

Now we are on the third delay for this! Lets see if we can get a forth delay then the Expansion will be delayed too because they are still working on RTO in March 2010.

Yeah I understand what you mean mate, but even though I have been let down by other companies/ and traders ect and I've learned this "yes they have messed up, but... you have to pick your battles" I just let it slide, theres other things that are worth my concentration in life.
In this respect, I didnt get my DLC when Bioware said it was going to be the 5th... oh well, I'll just have to wait until it comes out.
