It will be out when it's out, and not until then. We use to tell you all that with a CEP release or a NWN patch. When it's done you will get it. Until then we just have to sit and wait.

Wow guys, give them a break. It has only been 24 hours. Things happen some time no matter what. I for one am happy they realized a mistake and are fixing it instead of releasing it buggy.

That'd be all well and good...if they updated the customer-facing pages with the information that it was delayed. If they identified that they had the bug a bit sooner and/or adjusted the release date something more than hours before it was supposed to be available.

Instead, they give the appearance of willfully not providing this information where a customer will see it before purchasing their points specifically so you'll stock up on the points now instead of waiting until it is ready. Your money can't work for them if it is still in your wallet, you know?

It wouldn't be as bad if they would tell us why it was delayed. I mean If it was a program error or some bug or something please let us know cuse if it was something stupid like guy with the disk got the runs and left the dlc disk at home so tye couldn't upload it I think there would be a cyber riot. so i am hopeing for a good reason for the delay. I jsut ask that we get told why.

There's things happing and than there is promising a date before your 90% sure you can deliver, most companies that I know, give a date after the DLC is done and all they need to do is tell M$oft to hit the button. Most times dates are a week or two in advanced, so that people can get points cards or paid, so they have a fair warning on the cost, and are able to get the money. Now I don’t know about you, but common since dictated they jumped the gun. Or maybe they decided with DarkSiders, and Bayonetta coming out that they could not compete, or simply Microsoft told them to put the hold on the DLC, because of these games.

Saying that Mommy and Daddy wouldn't let bioware come out and play, would be far bette than just not giving us anything to go on. Than again people have known about these games for a long time and its safe to say it wouldnt hurt there bottom line. Than again, I'm not EA, or M$oft. and couldnt really tell you.

I just thought the majority of us had suffered hysterical nervous breakdowns and were too busy being wildly insane to be angry anymore.

Hell I'm surprised they haven't shut this thing down yet, or at least made it so that only moderators can post info on it. I did contribute to several pages of silliness and I apologize for doing that...in retrospect I feel slightly ashamed of my behavior being that I broke the rules despite our fantastic moderators telling us not to. You think you guys are angry, just think of the pressure the poor Bioware employees are under from their bosses.

You make it sound like they intentionally omitted information for the sole purpose of screwing you out of your money. Any money they made in points purchased for the Jan. 5 release they still would have made had they come out two weeks ago and said there'd be a delay. They've made a great game, we're all hooked, and every single person posting on this thread would have purchased those points at one point or another. They're not scamming anyone here. If anything, there's a chance (though a remote one) that they may lose money on further releases as a result of the handling of this DLC.
