They couldn't have announced this sooner than the day before its release? I had a character I was sitting on, putting the game on hold, because I was expecting this to be released. <_< One delay is acceptable and good, but when you start delaying your delays, it gets a little worrisome that maybe some people don't entirely know what they're doing anymore.

People on the sidewalk only count inside of civilization and being abundant are only worth 10 points. Jaywalkers however, being harder to find and dodgy count for at least 50 points.
