And New Line almost burned PJ because he delivers the cans on the last minute of the last day... but I wouldn't blame BioWare for this. For all I know, EA does that a lot. They did with the game release here for 18 days past the scheduled release date.

They might just be trying to avoid not releasing it globally at the same time and losing sales because it will have a T version as soon as it hit the world. If it doesn't have already!

Maybe some random person at bioware, ea, sony or microsoft kept playing around with it and at last moment stumbled on something broken, which is important enough to abort the launch.

Things change, any release date is predicated on several things following their most likely course and no big exceptions popping up at last minute.

Once I can underdtand that but twice is just pure carlessness on their part. This is a 1 hour DLC not a full expansion or a full game pushing times back for those such things I understand but for something on the scope of this DLC unless they expanded it a ton is ridiculous. They should have went with my original suggestion in the other thread about this DLC change the hopepage to delayed and leave it at that till they are sure they can deliver on a date. Poping release dates out of the air and then canceling on the eve of launch is a sure way of angering your customers.

It's like if you go to a nice place to eat order your drink and food and you wait 20 minutes for your drink and wait 45-60 and never receive your food would you be happy, and everyone else in the resturant is having the same problem. Would you not complain to the management.

Personaly Darkshadow I'd blacklist that restaraunt, Not alot we can do about it but wait and see why, I am sort of enjoying all this conjecture though.



For them to cancel on release date though it must be pretty big.

lol I'm with ya but it feels good to vent. To me it's more the principle I know nothing I say will get it out any faster but at the same time they need to be held accountable for this lack of action and honesty about the release and delay of this DLC.

I note that on the Dragon Age front page Return to Ostegar is still be adverstised as being released on the 5th.



I guess Bioware are not worried about either misleading customers, or of falling foul of consumer protection legislation. Either way they would seem to be less than competent in this matter.
