Lol I got home at 10 pm from work, and wait to get ready to DL RTO, and I am welcomed to a delay. However I agree with this comment. I could care less about the DLC at this moment. I just want my damn patch. If that is delayed as well I am just done with Bioware until ME2 is released. Unless that gets delayed as well.

Holiday season. mkay. Well at least I can stop believing what they say in relation to release dates.

A reason would be awesome however.

Suppose it comes down to what do you want out of a game/added content. To me the world around me that I interactive with is just as important and worth looking at as what your actually meant to be doing.

I've had entirely too much time on my hands since DAO was released and have completed far more run-throughs than I'll own up to. More than 6 complete, and at least as many partials that I just deleted rather than finish.

Back on topic, they should be back in the office in about 8 hours or so. Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll actually give us a reason then. Not that I'm holding my breath.

I was about to order the needed points. Now I'll wait eagerly looking forward to it. Never before a game has thrilled me so much, that I was itching to get my hands on it on the release date as Collectors Edition plus all available extra DLC content (got WK also ASAP).



If it's not ready according to QA, it's better to get it done properly before release. I think most people hating the delay would scream hell and destruction even more, if it was released in a buggy state spoiling the fun. Keep up the good work, Bioware!

I think a lot of you don't understand the process of releasing "any thing" on a console.

It has to go through a submission process, I'm making an assumption here but I assume the submission process is the same for dlc it might even be more. Now I don't know for sure if there was supposed to be a patch as well for consoles but if there was that could lengthen the submission.

Yes it's unfortunate, it sure is, but here's the thing would you rather then rush it and have sub bounce it back? These things happen, Everyone should keep that in mind

This reminds me of the Fallout 3 DLC release for the Broken Steel, because they accidentally released the previous Pitt DLC broken with error code EVERYWHERE. I mean you looked left, right, and inside your skull, there was red exclamations everywhere. Let's just hope they got the bugs worked out. I mean the Achievements have already been uploaded to xbox live's servers. The game went up from 54 to 55.

The problem is that Bioware keeps saying stupid things since the announcement of the release of Return to Ostagar. He announced an outlet for Christmas, then delays, then a lower price, then no lower price, then release January 5th, then a delay. A studio worthy of the name does not announce a delay on the day of release. It's not professional. The players are just taken for idiots and pigeons. In addition Chris Priestly looks pleased with himself with his devil head smiley in announcing the delay. Respect for the players at Bioware must be a vague concept ...
