It is on the main page. Which is what I claimed, and it is what you said did not exist. You are a lair, and what is more you lack the class to even admit as much. I hate lying wankers like you.

This is why I'm not all worked up about it. Though it would be nice if they popped in every so oftern or like first thing this morning to give notice of something like, "Sorry it is still in the delayed status, but we will try to keep you informed when more data can be released, but for now can you please just bear with us and we will have things in order shortly." That is alot better than the silence.Maviarab wrote...
Secondly, most people probably expected it to be available the minute they got out of bed this morning. Bioware never gave a release time.
So all the people moaning about it being late or delayed, at the moment allw e have is Chris saying it will be delayed, never was it stated by how long it would be delayed.
So again, at the moment, it has not been delayed at all....once we go past the the 5th...then it will have been delayed...so chris 'may' have just been warning us...himself being pre-emptive and it may very well appear later tonight.
It probably won't, but all the whining here at the moment is pointless....
Oh and realy I just want the RTO for extra play....the armor means nothing to me cause I tend to play mages and rouges. I allready have way better armor for all the warriors....they realy should of put duncans armor in there. Cause it has a nice unique skin to it. I would love to find some one that can do a dark version of the Empire of Shadow or Felon armor as a mod since i have no clue about this toolset thing.
Well since I'm home on standby at the moment I think I'll go return killing darkspawn with my AW/BM at the moment in this playthrough.

If
your going to slander and belittle people, know your business before
opening your mouth, also, belittling people on a forum does not make
you cool, or hard, just shows you for what you are."
Bioware trade in the EU. EU requires all companies trading in the EU to abide by EU laws when doing so. The fact they are based outside the EU does not alter that fact, despire your lies to the contrary. Care to explain why you lied, other than you just are thick ?
Thanks, goodnight, and if thats all you can contribute, contribute elsehwere please.

At the moment we have a post from Chris saying there is a delay. I am damn sure that Bioware are working to get this sorted today (for them)....and that Chris was being pre-emptive knowing the backlash that would be this if he said nothing and it didnt appear.
Again, as jerv and yself keep saying, until we get into tomorrow, at the moment, there has been no delay has there?
Yes I admit in all probability we will not see it today....but there a lot of hours left in the 5th yet to maybe hold onto a small glimmer of hope that they get sorted whatever the issue is

EU law is simple. If you trade in the EU, that is if you make your product available for purchase by EU residents then you are obliged to abide by EU trading laws. That obligation stands regardless of whether the company is based in the EU. If the company is outside the EU any legal action can still take place within the EU, as the courts will deem that to be where the contract was made. Canadian law would not pertain, since EU trading laws are based on where the purchaser is based, not the seller. Now potentially there could be a problem enforcing any ruling, but only if the company decides to no longer trade in the EU. If it continues to trade, and takes money via card or paypal then there are assets to be seized.

Thats easy, delay the game and give those morons something to fight about. If they're busy arguing amongst themselves they'll forget we delayed the game and when it eventually does come out they'll all buy it because we've pushed it back so many times.

Look, just admit you got it wrong and we can all move on. Until then you remain a lying scumbag.
