So - why do like or love Asari ?
Why are they the Number 1 pick - when you play MP ?

Why do you play an AV when the Krogan is so much better, why don´t you bother and pick the AV ?

So whats it ?

preference, just because you can output the most dps with a gi, doesn't mean youll enjoy it, I like my N7 paladin/Shadow currently, I change my class for my own preferences and sometimes depending on the group setup for that aswell.

For me it is about what i find fun, the GI is powerful yea, but i tend to die alot and find his abilities a bit boring. I am not that great with snipers and i got bored with shotguns along time ago.
For The huntress i only tested out wierd (but funny) builds. Her heavy mele from stealth is pretty nasty if you specced for it, but leaves little room for error if you mis some or are targeted from other units. So far i have only done silver with her, where odd experiments like that doesent ruin it for everyone else.

They have a very fun synergy of powers. At this point in time strictly from a fun playing aspect the Asari vanguard is my fav class.

I love the Valkyrie's in your face style with AF+warp and Piranha. Seems really fun to me.

If you only see kits in terms of who can do the most damage, then you're missing out on all of the options you're given. There are so many kits now that there's something for every playstyle, every way to enjoy yourself. Limiting yourself to just the "best" ones might be tactically effective but it gets pretty dull after a while. Even with kits I adore, if I play too many matches with them in a streak I stop having as good a time and switch off to something else.

Variety is the spice of life.

I like classes that have an answer for every situation. Asari Adept with an Acolyte is one such class. Good against bosses (Warp + Throw), good against infantry (Acolyte, Throw), good against crowds (Throw, Stasis, Acolyte), good against Phantoms (Acolyte, Stasis), good against Guardians (Stasis, Throw), good against Abominations (Acolyte, Throw, Stasis).

I'm a huge fan of the Krogan Vanguard, but I don't think he can quite put out the DPS that the AV can with all of her power bonuses, both from her passive and from biotic charge. I mean, there's nothing quite as awesome as charging a spawn, side steppping, then tossing a bunch of grenades for a kill streak.

I know the drell can do the same, but I prefer her dodge.

Because Asari are blue and sexy, that's reason enough to play her and being a nuke caster in general is a bonus.

Because DPS isn't the only reason to play games. Just another way of saying, 'Variety.' And also, 'Not boring.'

Krogan vanguard is the most boring vanguard in my opinion.
