I've also used the Claymore on a GI, HSo on Plat with success. I don't believe I would prefer the Wraith on Platinum with these characters.
If most of what you are killing are bosses, then you'd be hard pressed to claim the Wraith would be better, imo.

Because you often need a second shot whereas it would have been a OHK with the Claymore.

TSol+marksman cures the wraiths one weakness, slow rate of fire. Claymore is still better with Human soldier and geth infiltrator+reload canceling. Wraith is the most versatile shotgun by far. I hate these weapon comparisons between rares and URs. Most of the community does not have their UR at X. That makes it almost a meaningless comparison.
I know lots of people with maxed manifests. I do have a Wraith X and I am comparing it on that basis. I am also not talking about Infiltrators. The T.Soldier performs better with a Wraith than a Claymore as do many other classes.

Because the difference in DPS between a RC-ed Wraith and non RC-ed Wraith is minimal.
Whereas the Claymore needs to be RC-ed. Well, 'need' might be too strong of a word, but it's much better with RC.
