it says 1.8gb while xbox says it's 1.99gb what's the difference?
file size on ps3 (omega) why is it different?

Content on PSN comes compressed better than content on XBL, because the two companies have different philosophies when it comes to how it should work.
Microsoft believes that the second something is downloaded, it should be usable, so content should only be compressed to the level where the games can read the files in realtime. Sony figures the user can stomach the wait while the content is decompressing to get a faster download, so they require tighter compression than the console can uncompress on the fly while playing the game.
That's what I've gathered from using both systems, though I have no real backing on what I'm saying aside from my own ideas based on data I've seen myself.

FYI PC version is also approx 1.8Gb. KiddDaBeauty's logic is as sound as anything else. PC version can't be used until it is installed so it can take up less space for download.
