Since I have run over the 100 file limit, I decided to prune screenshots and characters today. However, no matter how many times I hit 'delete album,' they continue to exist. One album in particular said it contained 30+ files when there was only 1 screenie in it. Is this something I'll just have to wait out until it does completely delete (when the next server update or whatnot comes around) and remove itself from my albums list?

Go through the persona page instead, that's supposed to be instant. You are using at least half your storage on characters, though.

that is correct about the character thing look back at each character you have and get rid of any extra save games that will eliminate alot of files also. i usually load the character in game and when it shows what file i want uploaded i delete the additional files so that the only one i need is the one saved.
