Errrrr.....the basic human adept is glorious.  You'll need to play on gold so shooty classes can't kill absolutely everything before you can 'splode stuff though.  Skip the passive and max everything else.

Both, actually. In the lore turian cabals are turian biotics, and they used to be grouped only with other cabals, since other turians feared them. But with the reaper war, segregation got tossed out the window, so now cabals are grouping with anything.

You have to kill with the explosion for it to count. With everyone else shooting and whatnot might be hard to actually get all the kills you intend. I think I'll solo fury on silver for it too.
