Most ppl don't understand it's just the Mattock with 4 more rounds and a auto mode, the thign aobut it is the accurassy is pretty loss due to the auto fire setting, and the ammo spare is low, though great, it still has flaws that most ppl that wanna nerf it don't seem to look at

Maybe I should host for once then, because you can't get much worse than a Pentium 4. :innocent:

Yeah, because when the videos are done on a good host, with non-OP classes we struggle to win. Ooooh wait, we don't. We still clear Gold/Plat with any classes/weapons. You constantly whine on our threads. Yet you provide free bumps. **** please.  I'll agree on the skill part though, this game doesn't require much skill to be good at. As for exploits, heh. BioWare devs have stated they were okay with it.

I'll watch the vid later, but I'm already cringing from the lag ... that I haven't even seen yet.

I know. I used to live in Aus, and I never lagged like that when I was being hosted by Europeans or Americans. Some lag yes, but not like that. 

Then you haven't seen my lag. Sometimes the screen swicthes between two different areas of the map and I am not sure where I am really. And when I finally decide to take cover, my charcter slides from another section of map to the cover. -- and yes I use the Ops pack to just illuminate my characer's body.

I played yesterday with Feneckus.After the the MaxShine dropped out(computer crashed!),Feneckus was  the host.
He is an amazing player:wizard:,but his IC is crap:sick:.I think,that he is using flock of pigeons,instead of wire:(.

Only if you have a character dmg bonus for AR's, AP mod, level 4 AP ammo, and maybe the AR extended barrel or high caliber barrel. 

So technically, your OP Harrier....has a lot of help. It's not OP by itself.

The Revenant can also kill a brute on Plat in one clip with the same setup as above and the Revenant is certainly not OP. 

Sure, please list all the other weapons that can take out a plat brute in 1 clip or in the amount of time it takes to kill it with the harrier.

Also now i'm 237.12% convinved that you couldn't have pulled a similar time off with several other weapons, so it must be the PPR that is OP, and since it's OP nothing else could possibly need fixing. But it's a sirian thread, so i'll take it as seriously as the "shuriken is not bad".

Let's use gold geth on giant as an example because that is what I  played yesterday. It was a duo with my brother, N7 Destroyer (GPS X, Typhoon III) and GE (Claymore X, Javelin). Wave 9 on giant. We had a bit of luck and everything chain spawned on the far side of the map (we were in the bunker next to LZ). So I pulled my typhoon and started melting. There was one prime...in the middle there came a geth bomber so I switched to shoot geth bomber without stopping. Then went back to prime, finished clip, reloaded, started shooting at him again, killed two bombers inbetween, switched back to prime, killed it, switched to next prime, again killed some bombers, used frags etc,

Point is, we held this position, repeatedly killing everything that was in front of us. Granted, we had luck that nothing spawned under the ladder because we would've been flanked and would have to move from this position. But that isn't the point. The point is, we didn't move for the entire wave 9 on gold and that cost me personally 2 ammo consumables.

Now, would I be able to pull it off with TGI with my Harrier II? Hell no. I would've used all my ammo consumables for a "maybe". But I'm inclined to think that I would be forced to abandon my position to go for ammo crate at least twice.

My conclusion after playing with those two kits is that I can certainly kill a Prime faster with TGI Harrier than Destroyer Typhoon. But it's the other way around when I have to kill two primes, three pyros, a hunter and a bomber who constantly come in my way.

No worries gang. I got one of the forum mods to give me Sirian's global IP address. I change his MTU setting and optimized his TCP/IP connection. Let's see how good he really is on that dial-up now that he can't choke the bandwidth. (yes, he's using dialup). Unfortunately I can't fix that 386 processor that he's using. my god man.

Actually the Harrier is much better than the Mattock (higher RoF) but it's certainly not OP. Has more than enough flaws to keep it balanced.

Agreed! It's just the everyman weapon though (based solely on how much I see it used, mind), and that is why everyone every nerf-caller wants it nerfed.

Oh, not at all. Just refreshing to see you admit that sometimes the game is heavily skewed in your favour when you play. I'm under no illusion that you and others are skilled, perhaps even godly, at the game. The constant preening and circle jerking of e-peens just gets a bit tiresome...
